Our Mission

We believe every FFXIV home has a story worth sharing.

FFXIV Address Book was created to solve a simple problem: in a game with hundreds of thousands of beautifully decorated player homes, there was no easy way to discover and share these creative spaces. Players spent countless hours designing their dream homes, but finding inspiration or showcasing their work to the community remained difficult.

Our platform bridges this gap by providing a comprehensive directory where players can catalog their properties, share photos of their designs, and discover amazing homes from fellow decorators across all worlds and data centers.

What is Final Fantasy XIV Housing?

Final Fantasy XIV features one of the most robust player housing systems in any MMORPG. Players can own personal homes or Free Company (guild) estates across five distinctive residential districts, each with its own unique aesthetic and atmosphere:

The Mist

A coastal paradise in Limsa Lominsa featuring ocean views, sandy beaches, and Mediterranean architecture.

Lavender Beds

A serene forest retreat in Gridania with lush gardens, waterfalls, and woodland charm.

The Goblet

A desert oasis in Ul'dah featuring golden sands, fountains, and middle-eastern architecture.

Shirogane

An elegant Far Eastern district with cherry blossoms, traditional architecture, and coastal views.

Empyreum

A majestic Ishgardian district with gothic spires, snowy landscapes, and mountain vistas.

Within these districts, properties come in three sizes: Small (cottage), Medium (house), and Large (mansion), each offering different amounts of interior and exterior furnishing space. Players can decorate their homes with thousands of furniture items, creating everything from cozy cafes to elaborate nightclubs, peaceful gardens to haunted mansions.
